Update b058 is live!

This is a long overdue update to the 050 release state. It changes how colonies work and fixes some issues with the game. It should make the game generally easier to play and less contrived.

changes

- conquest no longer requires colonies
- islands in conquest no longer get destroyed, only returned to a blank island
- chance in other gamemodes for a destroyed island to be just returned to blank
- modified the push out algorithm (it might be worse though lol)

fixes

- fixed bug where islands part of colony would be disabled because of islands outside of the colony
- fixed bug where islands could be still active outside of a colony in rare circumsances
